Delivery Options:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 days): £6.95 (Tracked 48)

• Speedy Standard (2-3 days): £8.95 (Tracked 24)

• Express Delivery (1-2 days): £15 (Special Delivery) 

• Parasols Delivery UK (3-5 days): £55 (Tracked 48)

  • Note: Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 11am.

Please note:

• Double-check your shipping address before checkout! We can't be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

• Some deliveries require a signature. Make sure someone is available to sign or provide clear instructions for safe place delivery.

• Weekend orders are processed on Mondays.

• We kindly ask that you return any items mistakenly shipped to you. We'll provide a free postage label for return. Unreturned items may be invoiced.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges (within 30 days):

Returns:

1. Email us at enquiries@pinkcityco.com to initiate a return.

2. Items must be unused, in original condition & packaging to be eligible.

3. Customers are responsible for safe return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service for orders over £50. We cannot refund missing or damaged items in transit.

4. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

​

• We'll notify you once we receive and approve your return.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs). Bank processing can take 2-5 business days.

• Sale items are not refundable; a store credit will be issued.

• Sale  items are excluded from promotions & discounts.

Exchanges:

​

• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

• To exchange for a different item, follow the return process above and place a new order. We're happy to help if you need guidance!

• Defective items will be replaced (with the same or similar product if unavailable). Replacements ship upon receipt of your return. We may provide pre-paid return labels for defective items.
